When he landed his first Division I coaching job at the University of Buffalo, she worked hard to make a home for their family in a new city while also raising their three daughters. And when Nate accepted the head coaching position at Alabama, Crystal once again took charge of the moving process, finding a new home and schools for their kids.

But Crystal’s involvement in Nate’s success goes beyond just moving and raising their family. As he’s risen through the ranks of college basketball, she’s taken on a leadership role in helping their players to be successful, too. Crystal is particularly passionate about mentoring women in the athletics industry, and she’s worked closely with female student athletes at both Buffalo and Alabama.
